My name is Alyssa and I LOVE to cook. As weight has been an issue for me throughout my life cooking healthy meals is very important to me. At the urging of several friends and family members I have decided to start a blog to share my quest for amazing and healthy recipes (well mostly healthy). I pull recipes from many places including but not limited to pinterest, magazines and cook books and quite frequently I come up with my own creations.
